Cancellation Policy

I get that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify me at least 24hrs before you schedule appointment to avoid a 25% cancellation fee of the original service price. NON-refundable, no exceptions. NO SHOWS AND CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 3HRS of your scheduled appointment will result in a 100% fee of the original service price. NON-refundable, no exemptions. Cancellations and rescheduling at least 24hrs in advance have no fee/penalty. For cancellation and rescheduling please contact me at (714) 595-5958.
