Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens and schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
No-shows or cancellations within 3 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a 100% service fee.
Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice will not incur a fee.
